The need for affordable housing in the Greater Orlando area is particularly staggering: there are only 13 units for every 100 very low-income households, according to data from the National Low Income Housing Coalition. The recent groundbreaking of Village at Pine Hills is a continuation of efforts to reduce the housing crisis in Orange County, FL.

Developed by our partners at Ability Housing, Inc., Village at Pine Hills will contribute nearly 100 affordable units to the local housing stock for households between 22-60% of the area median income (AMI). Once built, residents will have supportive services including primary and behavioral health care, individualized on-site case management, and employment training.
