Last month, we joined our partners at the Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HDOC) and state and local officials to celebrate the groundbreaking of Poupard Place in the Northbrook, IL.
Named in honor of Tom Poupard, the former Director of Development & Planning Services for the Village of Northbrook, Poupard Place will bring 48, high-quality units of affordable housing to the heart of downtown Northbrook. The development will cater to individuals and families with disabilities so that they have the opportunity to live independently, with assistance from local service agency partners if supportive services are needed.
