A few weeks ago, the NEF team joined our partners at Community Ventures, Inc. to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for Old First House in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia!
The mixed-use development consists of 34 permanent supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals. Tenants are supported by 34 project-based housing vouchers from the Philadelphia Housing Authority. The ground floor features 2,000 square feet of commercial space with new offices and multipurpose rooms for the Old First Reformed United Church of Christ.
