Congratulations to our partners at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network on being honored with two Distinguished Service Awards from LeadingAge PA! President & CEO James Pieffer received the Paul P. Haas Lifetime Achievement award and their development Mosaic Apartments received the Innovation of the Year award.

Mosaic Apartments is western Pennsylvania’s first LGBTQ+ friendly affordable senior housing community, and only the second in the state. NEF is grateful to Jim and PSC for leading the way in creating inclusive affordable housing for seniors!

As of May 15, 2026, National Equity Fund acquired the properties and fund management portfolio of National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT). This strategic transition will support the long-term stability of more than 165 properties across 29 funds, representing more than 15,000 affordable homes nationwide.
