Last month, NEF's Tony Lyons attended the ribbon-cutting of Cape View Way, a new affordable housing development in Bourne, MA!
The three-story, 42-unit building was created in partnership by the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and Housing Assistance and offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments available to residents earning 30-60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Additionally, the transit-oriented development provides residents with convenient access to employment opportunities and neighborhood services and amenities.
Congratulations to our partners and thank you to all of the community members and state and local officials who fought for more affordable housing in an area with critical need.
