Poupard Place Breaks Ground to Offer 48 Affordable Units for Residents with Chronic Disabilities in Northbrook, IL

Last month, we joined our partners at the Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HDOC) and state and local officials to celebrate the groundbreaking of Poupard Place in the Northbrook, IL.

Named in honor of Tom Poupard, the former Director of Development & Planning Services for the Village of Northbrook, Poupard Place will bring 48, high-quality units of affordable housing to the heart of downtown Northbrook.

Congratulations to our partners at Avalon Housing on the official opening of The Grove at Veridian in Ann Arbor, MI! More than half of the units at The Grove at Veridian are large enough for families and all rents are restricted at or below 35% of the area median income (AMI), making this community deeply affordable.
