This $3.6 million development provides 42 units of SRO housing in a newly constructed five-story building in Chicago. St. Andrews Court addresses the need for supportive housing directed towards reintroducing ex-offenders into society. Thirty units are reserved for homeless ex-offenders with disabilities, mental illness or HIV/AIDS.
