Barton Senior Residences of Zion
The $19.4 million Barton Senior Residences of Zion is the new construction of 130 units of assisted living housing for seniors, including 123 efficiencies and seven one-bedrooms.
Eighty-one units target seniors at 60 percent of AMI another 26 units are for those at 40 percent of AMI and 13 units are for those residents at 30 percent of AMI.
Tenants are provided three meals a day, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, 24-hour security, activity programs, social services, and other assistance with activities of daily living as needed. Project amenities include a library, a wellness center, a beauty shop, a chapel and a main lounge with an adjacent media/game room. There is an enclosed courtyard that can be accessed from the dining/activity room on the main floor.
