Supportive Housing
At NEF, we are working with partners across the country to end homelessness by providing permanent affordable housing solutions for individuals and families with special needs. We are keenly aware of the increasing need for housing that is both affordable and provides supportive services. NEF answers that call, with approximately 18 percent of our $9.5 billion housing portfolio invested in service-enriched developments.
