National Equity Fund, Inc. has invested nearly $119 million in 20 Arizona developments throughout the last 25 years. When other syndicators left the state during the last two years, NEF remained committed to Arizona, resulting in nearly 1,200 new affordable homes for families, seniors, homeless veterans and others in need. In addition, there are three more projects currently in our Arizona pipeline.
