It helps ensure that projects are in compliance with lender, investor and state and federal taxing authority requirements and helps guarantee that investors receive the credits that have been purchased. NEF, Inc. works closely with project sponsors, property managers and their CPAs to make the process as simple as possible. Certain standard audit and tax letters, work papers and schedules are available in an electronic format to help you efficiently and effectively comply with our mutual year-end reporting goals.

Document Submission: CPA Portal

CPAs who currently prepare reports for NEF limited partnerships are invited to register for the NEF CPA Portal. The CPA Portal allows CPAs to quickly determine the reporting requirements for each Partnership and efficiently submit required documentation to NEF for the limited partnerships in a secure environment. To register for the portal please complete the portal registration form and email it to yereporting@nefinc.org. The web address for the CPA Portal is: http://cpa.nefinc.org
