Greg Schuler
Since joining National Equity Fund, Inc. in 2007, Greg Schuler has served as senior vice president and general counsel. Schuler combines a broad business background with extensive legal experience involving complex corporate and real estate matters. He provides advice and counsel to senior managers in all areas of the business.
Prior to NEF, Schuler directed the wind-down plan for Chicago Equity Fund. As director of real estate and facilities for Exelon Corporation, he was responsible for consolidating real estate functions for Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) and PECO Energy. He served as senior real estate counsel for ComEd and practiced law at Holleb & Coff in Chicago.
His affordable housing credentials include managing the Neighborhood Housing Development subsidiary of the First National Bank of Chicago and scattered site and Section 8 programs for the Chicago Housing Authority.
