Helping Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
This $11.9 million, 51-unit project is the first residence designed to meet the housing
and service needs of seniors raising children in New York City (Bronx). GrandParent Family Apartments has a unique partnership with the NYC Housing Authority, and is the recipient of NYC LISC's Big Apple Award for Innovation. After-school youth programs are available on-site as well as expansive community space.
