NEF Partners with LifeLink
NEF partnered with LifeLink Housing Corporation and Scott Canel & Associates to build nearly 1,000 units of affordable scattered site senior housing projects in the Chicagoland area: Anchor Senior Living, Greenwood Senior Living, Grove Senior Living and Oasis Senior Living. Each development is a HUD 202 refinancing using 
4 percent tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and FHA insurance under HUD's 223(f) insurance program, and all units are subsidized via a Section 8 HAP contract with HUD. A full-time, on-site social services coordinator and office is available at each property.
