NEF, Inc.’s $6.9 billion equity portfolio includes 1,600 projects (100,000 units) that respond to a diversity of local housing concerns. In both urban and rural communities, we invest tax-credit equity in multifamily and single-family developments, as well as in supportive housing, public housing revitalization, assisted living and historic rehabs.
