NEF, Inc.’s $6.4 billion equity portfolio includes 1,600 projects (94,000 units) that respond to a diversity of local housing concerns. In both urban and rural communities, we invest tax-credit equity in multifamily and single-family developments, as well as in supportive housing, public housing revitalization, assisted living and historic rehabs. NEF works with nearly 700 partners to build affordable housing in 45 states, including Washingtion, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Across the country, NEF, Inc. is helping neighbors build communities.
